• Pensioner’s portal of Chhatisgarh state “AABHAR – aapki sewaon ka” is developed as a single window mechanism With a view to bring into existence a centrally controlled mechanism for pension calculation , recording and payment in the state in an integrated manner . This will help to bring the concept of accountability and transparency under e-governance at each level.

• To Improve the quality of Service and Transparency of the Service offered to the Pensioners, this site has been created. Pensioners are welcome to share their opinion and suggest any modifications and post their grievances regarding Pension related Issues.

• The Directorate of treasury, accounts and pension under finance department is the nodal department for formulation of policies relating to pension & other retirement benefits of state Government Pensioners/Family Pensioners. It also serves as a forum for redressal of Pensioners' Grievances. DTAP administer and monitors 5 divisional joint director office and 28 district treasuries in 27 districts of Chhattisgarh.

•Pension case being presented by pension sanctioning authority/office to the divisional joint director office. Divisional joint director office are responsible for issuance of pension, gratuity and commutation payment order (PPO, GPO & CPO) for state government employees. Treasury offices make the payment of first pension, gratuity , commuted pension and forward the PPO to banks for further payment.
