• Contribution, Moderation and Approval Policy (CMAP) :-
All the content appearing on Aabhar portal (ekoshonline.cg.nic.in/Aabhar) are uploaded after review, verification and approval by the Directorate, treasury accounts and pensions. Website managers always make sure that the object contents on the website are always verified and latest.
• Content Archival Policy (CAP) :-
All the published documents under Aabhar Portal are provided and verified by Directorate, treasury accounts and pensions with validity date. The maintenance team publishes the provided document with validity date for user. After expiration of validity date Expired documents are not presented on the Portal. All the uploaded documents which have expired are available in content management system for the future reference which can be accessed by portal admin.
• Content Review Policy (CRP) :-
All the contents appearing on Aabhar Portal website are uploaded after review, verification by Directorate, treasury accounts and pensions. After this process only, it is shared to maintenance team for publishing in portal.
